By accessing or using Book Ready (“bookready.ai”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Book Ready is an AI-powered book generation platform. Users provide titles, topics, and configuration options, and the service generates full-length book content using AI models. Generated books are available for download in PDF and DOCX formats.
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Book Ready offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Plan limits, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Extra book credits and preview unlock purchases are one-time, non-refundable transactions.
You retain ownership of the input you provide (titles, topics, source material). You own the AI-generated book content produced through your use of the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it.
We do not claim ownership of your generated books. We retain a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

Content generated by Book Ready is produced by AI language models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publication or distribution.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, biases, or unintended similarities to existing works. Book Ready is not liable for any claims arising from your use of generated content.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Book generation may fail due to AI model errors, timeouts, or system issues. Failed generations do not count toward your plan limits if usage is not deducted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Ready and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following account termination.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
